How do I download the game? ▾
Visit the home page and scroll to the Download section. Choose the client for your operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux) and follow the installation instructions.
I forgot my password ▾
Go to the password reset page and enter your email. You will receive a link to create a new password.
How do I vote? ▾
Visit the vote page, enter your in-game username, then click on each voting site. After voting, type
::claimvote in-game to receive your rewards.Where did my purchase go? ▾
After a successful PayPal payment, items are automatically added to your account. Log in to the game and check your collection box. If items are missing, contact staff on Discord.
Can I get a refund? ▾
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in an immediate account ban. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us on Discord first.
I'm stuck / found a bug ▾
Report bugs in the #bugs channel on our Discord server. Include your username, what you were doing, and any error messages. Staff will investigate.
